Knock ten times before you use the keys. That is the opening opportunity for Maybe He's In The Bathroom. Inside the apartment, inspect Iván’s photograph five times for Thinking About Him, huh? If you are collecting the Tenebris Somnia achievements, do those interactions before you rush into the main route.
Drinking Lavendoleum at full health is another optional objective: One More For The Road. It is the health state when you use it that matters, not how many bottles you have. The achievements guide separates these small interactions from the longer boss and completion challenges.
Already past the opening? Use the direct links for the object blocking your route. The puzzles page lists the prerequisites alongside the solution; the walkthrough puts those pickups in order. You can solve one mechanism without reading ahead to the ending branches.
READ WHAT YOU NEED / 04
Wrench Queen requires a wrench-only completion; Exhaust Pipe requires the pipe for the Fumus kill. Keep an untouched save before that fight, take the pipe kill on one branch, then reload for the continuing wrench attempt. Picking up the pipe is not the same as attacking with it. The achievements page explains the other weapon-specific objectives.
The Two Stooges requires killing two or more enemies at once, but explicitly excludes Carnitos. Valiant Little Taylor is the separate Carnito objective: kill three with one hit. Butcheress instead asks you to defeat the Carnitos without getting hit. Those are different conditions, so an encounter that satisfies one does not automatically finish the others. Check the Tenebris Somnia achievement targets before choosing which challenge to attempt.
The two main Tenebris Somnia endings split on whether you kill a Relicta with the golden knife. Reaching Séptimo Arte is not the only condition. Keep the no-kill save before attacking a ghost, finish the kill route on a separate branch, and return to the earlier save for the alternative. Avoid overwriting the decision point after clearing a path.
One Relicta kill selects MAGNUM OPUS. Heart of Lead asks you to kill all the Relicta ghosts. Do not stop the cleanup just because the ending branch has changed: the ending threshold and the achievement target are different. Keep the Tenebris Somnia ending choice separate from the full-clear objective when you decide which saved branch to continue.

There are four Tenebris Somnia endings: SOLVE ET COAGULA, MAGNUM OPUS, VIVUS EX MORTIBUS and RENUNTIATIO. The Aurifer decision separates the first pair. VIVUS EX MORTIBUS requires completing those two endings first, then starting a new game and taking the Bible from the starting table.
Stella Plena asks you to open all star lockers. Finding a copper star is not the achievement condition by itself: you need to open the containers. The Tenebris Somnia achievements checklist keeps this optional objective separate from Devora, which concerns the film canisters needed for a different completion target.
The iron pipe is in the bar bathroom, where you use the screwdriver to obtain it. Picking it up unlocks Classics Never Die. That pickup objective is separate from Exhaust Pipe, which requires defeating Fumus using only the pipe; finding the weapon alone does not satisfy the boss challenge.
Have You Chosen... Wisely? requires filling the bottle by removing three save points. Those save-point interactions are part of the objective, not ordinary item pickups. In Tenebris Somnia, filling the bottle and keeping every save point are therefore not the same route; make the save you need before committing to that collection.
At the beginning of a new game, turn around and use the apartment keys on the building entrance to leave. This Tenebris Somnia ending is an opening exit rather than another Aurifer decision in the final area. The endings guide separates that action from the longer main-story and Bible routes.
Acrophobia requires dying after Lacuna drops you; Devoured requires being eaten by Hermes. These are encounter-specific targets, not generic damage or survival achievements. The checklist lists them separately from weapon-only victories so you do not mistake defeating a boss for meeting every objective connected with it.
